November Results!
Winner so far is... Laura!
And ALL OF THE WOMEN have lost body fat this year!
I can't say that for ANY of the guys but me--come on guys! Come on Tyson, almost lost some for the year! Tyson lost over 4% in November alone!
Total % change for the entire group is -23.01%! As a family overall, we've done great!
